Arkeshwara kills Bali and Veer Bahadur sees this as an opportunity and bails him out to get rid of Khalid.After killing Khalid,Arkeshwara becomes one of the most powerful and dreaded gangster.

The film "Kabzaa" was highly anticipated and drew comparisons to Yash's "KGF" even before its release. Lead star Upendra acknowledged that director R Chandru drew inspiration from the two Prashanth Neel films. However, upon watching "Kabzaa," it becomes apparent that the film heavily borrows from "KGF" and lacks the elements that made Neel's films enjoyable masala cinema.

The story begins with top cop Bhargav Bakshi (played by Kichcha Sudeepa) gathering all the city's goons to tell the tale of a gangster from the past. The narrative takes us back to 1945 when a woman named Sudha, along with her two sons Arkeshwara and Sankeshwara, flees the North Indian city of Sankara Nagara after her freedom fighter husband is killed. They settle in the Southern Indian town of Amarapura and start a modest life as flag sellers.

As the years pass, Arkeshwara (played by Upendra) becomes an Air Force officer. Concurrently, we are introduced to a political conflict between Amarapura's ruler Veer Bahadur and Khaleed Bhai, the head of a mafia organization with an extensive hierarchy. It is revealed that Arkeshwara is in love with Veer's daughter, Madhumathi (played by Shriya Saran). The situation takes a turn when Khaleed's son commits a heinous act on the streets, only to be shot by Sankeshwara. In retaliation, Khaleed kills Sankeshwara, triggering Arkeshwara's wrath. The events that follow unfold predictably based on this storyline.

Overall, the film "Kabzaa" appears to be a rushed and derivative imitation of "KGF," lacking the originality and substance that made Neel's films engaging.
